Testing Priority Level

Expected completion date for result reporting starts from the day the material is received in the laboratory, if received before 2pm, or the next business day for samples received after 2pm. Availability of rush testing is based on current lab demand. Additional rush fees apply depending on the level of priority and testing requested. We cannot guarantee a completion date until the material is received.

Rush (3 business days, or half of the standard TAT – whichever is greater)

Highest Priority (ASAP* – generally 1 business day for short tests on small batches)

*Different tests have different minimal time requirements and may not be possible within a same-day period for multiple samples or tests. Highest priority will mean they are processed ASAP but TAT will vary depending what is physically possible for the test requirements.
